Parramatta Westfields

westfield-logo-black-and-white.png

The theme for NAIDOC Week 2020 'Always Was, Always Will Be' recognises that the First Nations have occupied and cared for this continent for over 65,000 years.

Westfields Paramatta chose Danielle to live paint a mural on a vacant shopfront wall. Along with creating a mural that abstractly depicts the topographical landscape, Danielle was able to speak with passers-by about her practice, the artwork, and representing NAIDOC week.

The artwork is a reflection of her love for nature, animals and the landscape.
